The Sunset Men’s Soccer Booster Club wants every parent, grandparent, player and fan to be able to use this website, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we do
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content.
- Text and background colours meet or exceed the 4.5:1 contrast ratio.
- Every image has a text description, and every form field has a visible label.
- Pages reflow to fit small screens and 200% zoom without sideways scrolling.
- We respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
- We test with a screen reader and by keyboard before publishing changes.
What’s outside our control
Some parts of the site are provided by other companies, and we can’t change how they’re built:
- Checkout for booster signups, scarves and donations runs on Stripe, which publishes its own accessibility conformance.
- The Fan Stores are hosted by BSN Sports on their own website.
- Tax acknowledgment letters are sent as PDF attachments. If you need yours in another format, tell us and we’ll provide it.
Tell us if something gets in your way
If any part of this site is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, email info@sunsetsoccerboosters.org with the page and what happened. A volunteer reads that inbox and will get back to you within five business days. If it’s stopping you from joining or giving, say so and we’ll take your signup or donation by another route in the meantime.
